Adding new users
To add users to your SmileBack account:
- Go to User Management
- Select Add User
- Enter the contact details and select the permission level
- The user will receive an e-mail with a link to reset the password.
If the e-mail isn't received, please check Junk/Spam folders.
If you previously removed a user from SmileBack and want to add them again you may find you are unable to because the email address already exists in our database.
If this happens please contact email@example.com so we can update it.
