Users with CSAT Administrator permission are able to change a review. We recommend only changing reviews that were mistakenly submitted by the client.
It is possible to change a review after it's been submitted, for example if the client has clicked the wrong face.
- Click on the review that you would like to update
- Click on the pencil next to the smiley face to change the review. The update will immediately be reflected in the data table and metrics
Please note that this feature is only available to CSAT Administrators and Managers.
