SmileBack allows you to use tags to categorize your reactions. For example to sort them by the underlying reason or cause for the rating. Here's how:
- Access the CSAT Management dialog by clicking the blue icon at the end of the reaction row for the reaction to which you would like to add tags.
- Use the Edit tags text field to enter each tag. Already existing tags will autocomplete or you can choose them from a dropdown. Be sure to press Enter after typing in a new tag and don't forget to click Save after you're done.
- The tags will now show in the dialog and in the CSAT overview table. You can of course also filter your reactions by tags.
