If you only see the reaction and comment without the ticket detail (such as the company, contact and board) in SmileBack, you may need to reload the ticket detail.
To reload the service ticket details:
- Open the reaction by clicking the smiley face at the beginning of the reaction row
- Click Reload Ticket Details
- A new background task will be scheduled to retrieve the ticket details. Please wait 5-10 seconds, then refresh the page.
